Our large double bedroom has just become available in our recently-renovated, spacious flat, sharing with our lovely flatmate, Laurence.

The rent is £1025 a month, exclusive of gas and electricity, but WiFi is included. The room is available to move in to any time from now.

The flat is a 2-bed and 1-bath (1000 square feet total). The feel of the flat is super bright and airy, with an open-plan layout and greenery from every window. It’s situated on a quiet street with a balcony overlooking a huge communal garden. We also recently completely renovated the flat (apart from the bathroom).

The bedroom has a large TV on the wall and a huge wardrobe with built-in storage. There are a couple more decent-sized storage areas around the flat too.

We’re located a 20-minute walk from Surbiton Station (or a quick bus ride) and then you’re on a fast train to Waterloo in as little as 17 mins.
