(I can provide dimensions and sizes if required.) 

Fully equipped kitchen with a nice dining table in the kitchen and chairs perfect for end-of-week drinks and occasional gatherings.

Separate toilet and bathroom, which are shared.
Bills come to £175 on top of the rent, (council tax, gas, electricity, water) Wi-Fi is included.

The flat is well situated for local shops, bars and amenities, a short walk away from Surbiton train station and town centre, which serves Waterloo on the fast train in less than 20 minutes. Safe and friendly neighbourhood.

Free Parking is available.

My own interests include, although they are not limited to, fitness, the outdoors, healthy living, entrepreneurship, overseas trips, and growing my own vegetables on the weekends at the allotment.
