- Single ottoman bed
*Possibility of adding a desk or extra chest of drawers.

House Specifications:
- Tall 3 storey end-of-terraced house with rear extension – combination of laminate flooring and porcelain tiles
- Modern kitchen with large American fridge-freezer, Beko tall freezer, large 7-hob range cooker, 2x microwave, single washing machine and single tumble dryer, accompanied by pantries for storing boxes and dry food
- 3 luxury bathrooms with stand-in showers and bathtubs
- Large bright open plan kitchen/lounge living space
- Large garden space with tiled patio
- Large garage for storage (currently out of use)

Transport Specifications:
- Tolworth High Street (5 minute walk)
- Berrylands (5 minute walk)
- Surbiton (5 minute bus on K1, which is directly outside the house or 20 minute walk)
- New Malden (20 minute bus on K1/265)
- Side parking permissible (no driveway but possibility of creation in near future).

Area Specifications:
- Plenty of nearby shops for daily shopping (Iceland, Tesco)
- Plenty of nearby restaurants (Pho, Italian, Indian)
- Plenty of activities (given the proximity to Kingston Bentall Centre, Hollywood Bowl and more)

Final Remarks:
- The main access bathroom is on the same floor as the room but other bathrooms can be accessed if needed.
- All cleaning amenities are provided (hoover, mop etc…) and would expect the room to be cleaned on an appropriate schedule.
- If any damages occur, the price of fixing will depend on the type and extent of damage.
