Situated on the first floor of a purpose built block, the flat has gas central heating, double glazed windows, plus use of a small garage for the tenant to use.

🌟 Comfortable small double room perfect for one person (non-smoker), with plenty of storage; wardrobe, chest of drawers and drawers in the divan bed. Room size - 11 feet x 9 feet.

🌟 Garage: There's space for tenant's storage or a small car to be parked in the garage (street parking unavailable). Size of garage: 8 feet x 15 feet. Please bear in mind that only small cars fit! If you don't have a car but need storage space there is plenty of room in the garage and it can be triple locked for security.

🌟 South Bank is 5 minute walk to Surbiton town centre with friendly bars, cafes, restaurants, banks and supermarkets within walking distance, as is Kingston and all of its amenities. Coffee shops and a small Sainsburys & Tescos a five minute walk away. Thames river is a 10 minute walk away.

The flat has the benefit of being at the top of the road, raised on an incline from the station, meaning there is almost zero noise from trains. Surbiton station offers direct links in to London Waterloo within 17 minutes and is approx. 3 minute walk from the flat, perfect for nipping in and out of the city.
