Garage: There's space for a small car in the garage that can be used by the tenant Sunday to Friday, width suitable for a small car.

South Bank is 5 minute walk to Surbiton town centre with its array of friendly bars, cafes, restaurants, banks and supermarkets, as is Kingston and all of its amenities. Coffee shops and both a small Sainsburys & Tescos a five minute walk away. Thames river is a 10 minute walk away.

The flat has the benefit of being at the top of the road, raised on a slight incline from the station, meaning there is almost zero noise from trains. Surbiton Mainline Train Station offers direct links in to London Waterloo within 17 minutes and is approx. 3 minute walk from the flat.
