The house is perfectly located only 3-5 mins walk from Surbiton station, and just a 17 minute commute to central London. Popular shops and supermarkets are less than 1 minute away, with the River Thames also just 5 minutes walk. Currently there are two housemates in their 20s, looking for a tidy and friendly person to share the property with.

The large double bedroom with its high ceiling has lots of storage: a large wardrobe, mirror, chest of drawers, computer table and chair, double bed with drawers. There is double glazing and gas central heating. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer and breakfast bar. There is a lounge with a sofa and separate large dining table, perfect for relaxing. The garden has decking and an attractive outside seating area with an additional table and chairs.
There is a 17 minute train to Waterloo. It's just one stop to Wimbledon, and 2 stops to Clapham Junction. Kingston is within walking distance or a few bus stops.
