Double room available in newly refurbished, shared professional house 10 mins from Surbiton Station – well 10:20 if you amble. Large house with 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, a power shower and 2 kitchens (one huge with launderette), large living room, all cleaned twice a week, large well kept garden – and company - people to talk to without having to go down the pub.
£850/m includes bills except electricity in room itself. Call preferred – I haven't got that thumbs thing down.
