I have a spare bedroom in a 2 bed flat which I’m looking to rent out.
About the room/flat
It’s a lovely top floor apartment with a good sized living room situated in a character building. The room itself comes with a double bed and some small storage and has lots of natural light coming through.
The bathroom has a bath and shower, and is quite normal. The kitchen is the same, very normal with washing machine, microwave, cooker etc.
The flat is located around 5-7 minutes walk from the station which has regular quick trains to Waterloo (average 20 mins). The high street is less than 5 mins with an abundance of supermarkets/coffee shops/pubs and restaurants.
About me
I’m a 41 year old LGBT friendly guy working in town in finance. I go to the office roughly 3 times a week and am often socialising in town for dinners/drinks in soho. I’m pretty laid back and sociable.
Future flatmate
It would be a great place for someone who is kind, sociable and is LGBT friendly. Someone who is clean, reasonably quiet and laid back would be great. As the room is small for a double, it might suit a Monday to Friday worker in town, or simply someone who doesn’t have lots of stuff. No preference for male/females or sexual orientation. Contract length negotiable.
