Term time only double attic room in large house

I am looking for a term time only tenant. The double room is perfect for someone working in an academic organisation or a mature student who needs some peace and quiet to study. There is also a desk in the attic room and the WIFI extends throughout the property. There is a small shared bathroom with toilet, shower and basin adjacent to the attic room.

We are 12 minutes walk to Surbiton mainline station or there is a regular bus service from the end of the road which is a 2 minute walk from the house. Trains to London Waterloo run frequently, take c20 minutes and finish late.

There is a direct and frequent bus service to Kingston University from the end of our road which takes less than 15 minutes depending on traffic.

I am a working single parent with a 17 year old son who is in full time education. It's a warm and friendly household with a large kitchen, large living room with satellite TV and all the mod cons - washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher etc. There is also a large shared bathroom on the first floor.

We have one other tenant who is a student studying finance and working part-time.
