A double bedroom available for professional/student in a modern apartment on a quiet street less than a 5 min walk away from Surbiton station.

The rent is £1045 a month, includes bills and fast-speed wifi. Flexible move-in date from Mid-September.
The flat is a 2-bed and 1-bath.

The Neighbourhood is quiet & quaint, a stone throw away from a local Sainsburys, cafes and amenities. Literally a 5 min walk and you are at Surbiton station and then you’re on a fast train to Waterloo in as little as 17 mins.

House is fully furnished, everything you need inc. washing machine, dishwasher, a big living room with a 55inch tv, a kitted kitchen. We are a professional couple working remotely for tech companies. We enjoy cooking and watching Netflix. We are hoping for someone easy going & responsible to sublet & possibly extend!!

Starting in September. Double room is £1045 inc. bills.
