Double Room to let in 3 bed house.

We are located near Tolworth and Surbiton, easy access to Kingston, walking distance to bus stops. We offer quiet and friendly environment. Is family home, not a party house. Room have double bed with new memory mattress. The house has new carpets. Tv in the room ( internet, Netflix included in the price), fully equipped kitchen, from forks to microwave, washing machine, dryer, separate fridge to share with other tenant, separate tab with filter for drinking water. In a house is 1 bathroom with toilet and downstairs toilet. All bills are included, cleaning too. We have 2 small dogs, people who don’t love animals not welcome. We speak in English, Lithuanian languages. We Live like a family and look after each other, respect each other privacy. We expecting to find roommate who have same values.
