I’m having to move out of surbiton for personal reasons therefore would like to see if someone wants to take over the lease of the ENTIRE 2 bed flat that I’m renting.

I’ve put the original ad description below. I’ve got 12-14 months left on the lease so it would be great to find someone who wants it for at least that period. To get added to the lease you will need to pass a reference check and have a joint income of over £50k per year.
