The flat is located in the centre of Surbiton. It’s a spacious and lively flat with shared kitchen, bathroom, living room and balcony. The common spaces are fully furnished and the rooms are partly furnished. We are looking for a female tenant to occupy one of the double bedroom. Bills are excluded from the given rent, Council tax band - D, contract starts from 16th January 2025. Further, I am happy to leave the bed & mattress which is placed in the room for a charge of £140.
