Double bedroom with double fitted wardrobes and own bathroom with shower and bath. Shared living space (sitting room & dining area), mezzanine study, kitchen.

I have owned and lived in the property for 2.5 years, previously sharing with my ex husband and now looking for a new housemate to join me. I work for a branding agency 5 days a week (3-4 in central London, 1-2 from home). Looking for a like-minded young (ish!) professional who is considerate about the space they live in.

Rent excludes bills – water, gas & electric, council tax (Kingston Council band F, normally £170 each per month). TV license, service charge & internet bills included in monthly rent.
