Hi all! I’m looking for a new roommate to move in by the 27th of March, as sadly my current roommate is moving to be closer to her new job 📚
About the Flat 🏠
The flat is Located in BerryLands, Surbiton and is a top floor maisonette. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. There is also a private garden (amazing for summer BBQ’s!! 🌭🍔) and parking space at the back of the property! 🚗
The rooms are HUGE, definitely big enough to fit a double bed, wardrobe and a desk! Pictures are of both rooms to show how much you can fit! The room will be facing the main road and will come unfurnished. Everything else in the flat will be staying apart from the living room furniture e. g sofa and tv unit but will be replacing.
Tonnes of storage in the kitchen as we have very deep cupboards and outdoors (big cupboards at the top of the stairs and a shed in the garden!)
Transport & Location 🚉🚗
The flat has great transport links!
K2 bus stop right outside which provides direct links to Kingston / Tolworth 🚌
It’s a 2 minute walk to Berrylands train station 🚶🏼♀️➡️
25 minute walk to Surbiton train station or 10 minute bus ride
Trains from Berrylands get you to Clapham or Waterloo in 25 minutes

Water - £19 each

About you 👩🏼:
I’m looking for a female, aged between 21-25 who is a working professional. I’m looking for someone who wouldn’t mind chilling together after work with a glass of wine 🍷 but is also respectful of each other’s space and likes their own time.
The new tenant would be subject to referencing and checks from the landlord which will include references from employer, personal reference, previous landlords (if applicable) and 6 months worth of bank statements and a copy of your passport as you will be signing onto a lease to replace my current room mate. The minimum tenancy is 1 year.

I’m 23 years old and work as a LSA in special needs school. I’m a cliche mix of happy to chill with each other and socialise/ but also respecting alone time/ personal space. Would be great to get a friend out of this to make use for the great pubs we have near us 🥂🥂
