Surbiton student house

Hi there, I've had to leave my lovely student house and group to study abroad for the rest of the semester leaving my room available until July 17th. We're a creative and friendly house mostly studying at Kingston School of art. We're a mixed household of different nationalities, very tidy people and would love to find another student to take over. The house is a convenient 5 minutes walk from Surbiton station. We share an unlimited bills package that comes to £72 each per month, and is paid on top of the rent. With the monthly total of £672 being competitive for the area.
