Bills: Approx £100 per month

Deposit: £600 paid via landlord. (References required)

Available fully furnished for £350 total (to purchase all furniture - bed frame, mattress, drawers, wardrobe etc from previous flatmate - everything in the photo)

The rest of the house is fully furnished (living room, kitchen)

Shared bathroom, kitchen & living room for all flatmates.

Parking permits are available for street parking if you have a car - you can apply via Kingston council (approx £100 per year)
