Spacious Room in Beautiful Family House

Double room for a single occupant with double bed (140 cm) and shared bathroom (with one girl) in a large family house available, ideally for a university student. We are flexible on start and end dates, but looking for a student to stay here during second term time, ie from February 2026 to approximately June 2026. Storage is available.

All bills and utilities are included, as well as fast wifi. The room has a large window, a desk overlooking the garden. You have use of the kitchen as well as our large garden and deck space. Parking may be also be available.

We are a family of four plus a friendly dog, living in a large, beautiful house with a room currently available as our eldest daughter will be away at university.

We are a 5 minute walk to Kingston University Campus and a 10 minute bus ride to Kingston Centre. As we are very close to Surbiton Station, we are only 20 minutes from London Waterloo by train. Easy access to Gatwick or Heathrow airports if needed.

We are looking for a non-smoker who is quiet and friendly and must be happy with the family dog. We have had one lodger before and had a very positive experience so looking to repeat this success again.
