My friend and I are planning to take a lovely 3-bedroom house in Surbiton, just opposite the YMCA Surbiton, but we need one more person to join us in order to move forward.

🛏️ About the Room:
• Rent: £550/month
• Bills: Approx. £60/month (depending on usage)
• Council Tax: £93/month
• Comes with a sofa
• No bed included — you’ll need to arrange one
• Available from 10th Aug
• Minimum stay: 10 months preferred

🏠 About the House:
• Fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, fridge, oven, etc.)
• Shared bathroom
• Already furnished and ready to move in!

👀 Who we’re looking for:
• A professional or someone graduating in September and starting work
• Clean, respectful, and looking for a peaceful, long-term stay
• No students, due to council tax requirements

💡 Note: If you’re looking for short-term stay, that’s okay — but you’ll need to find a replacement for yourself and pay a £300 + VAT admin fee to the agent for the tenancy swap.
