I’ve lived here for 4 years with my cat Benji. He’s very chilled, keeps to himself, and isn’t allowed in bedrooms, so you won’t need to worry about him disturbing you.
A little about me: I run my own consultancy, and in my spare time I’m usually studying or working out. I live a pretty quiet life, don’t watch much TV, and see my home as a peaceful sanctuary — the kind of place you can properly switch off after a busy day.
I’m looking for a female housemate who’s friendly and easy to get on with, but also has their own life outside of the home. Ideally, you’ll be a hybrid or office worker since I work from home most of the time.
About the room:
• Spacious, bright, and calm
• Bed that extends to a king if you need extra space
• Enough room for a desk if you occasionally work or study from home
• Weekly cleaner included (and they can clean your room too if you’d like)
House guidelines:
• No overnight guests
• Friends and family are welcome to visit

• 10 minutes by bus to Surbiton (bus stop right outside)
• 15 minutes’ walk to Tolworth
• Free on-road parking
• Local gyms, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets all nearby
