- 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom
- Available room is a furnished single with wardrobe and bed with storage
- Shared living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, entry hallway all furnished

- first floor of very safe and quiet building
- Surbiton station / high street right on the doorstep!

💲 Cost
£850 a month bills included (council tax, electricity/gas, water, wifi, tv license). Security deposit will be flexible depending on length of stay.

🚂 Transport links
- 2 min walk to Surbiton station with quick train to London Waterloo (15 mins) and direct routes to Wimbledon, Earlsfield, Clapham Junction, Vauxhall
- 5 min walk to bus stop with very regular service into Kingston Upon Thames, or a lovely 30 min walk along the river 🌞

- 29 year old female professional
- Friendly, chilled and sociable (as long I have recharge time!)
- Full-time civil servant, 3 days a week at home and other 2 in London office.
- Rented flat for 4 years and love it, current flatmate is moving
- Things I enjoy - cooking, chilled tv nights, pub, cinema, theatre, gigs, gym, games, meals out, the occasional boozy night locally or in the city 🍸

🐱 Furry friends
- I have 2 lovely indoor girl cats, Biffy and Luna.
- They are incredibly friendly and love a cuddle and play, so you’ll have to be comfortable with their attention!

🌳 About Surbiton
- Lovely leafy town in zone 6 - chilled but fun vibe, lots of young professionals
- Great local pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets and parks all in short walking distance. Riverside is lovely for a walk/picnic in the summer.
- Kingston nearby with huge shopping centre, cinema, gig venues and clubs.

- Someone friendly and relaxed
- Happy living with indoor cats 🐱
- tidy, clean and respectful of the space
- I’m open to hanging out together in shared spaces, or equally happy if you want to keep to yourself
- Ideally a professional of a similar age, but open to students if it’s a good fit 😊
- Please note there is not room in the bedroom for a desk. Welcome to use desk in living room for the 2 days I am in the office.

Max 3 months, but would consider shorter term lets, and also Monday-Friday/part time.
