Hi, please read this carefully! :-)

This ad is for the whole flat for yourself, Monday to Friday. Welcome to srmtay at weekends occasionally for an extra cost.

The flat is a 20 minute walk to Surbiton station and has free street parking. Trains from Surbiton to London Waterloo are roughly every 10 minutes and averagly take 23 minutes although can be as quick as 16 minutes during peak times.

I'd like to use the room / flat for myself and my family at weekends. Also to put it on Air bnb at weekends.

To make this much easier and so you can leave your belongings there safely, there will be a lockable cabinet in the bathroom for you and a lockable kitchen cupboard. There is also a permanent staircase to a large loft area you will have access to, to keep things in over weekends and also to keep your own personal bedding and towels etc. So you wont have to ferry everything back and forth all the time.

IMPORTANT: I've said its got an en-suite, as there will be no one else in the flat with you, you wont be sharing the bathroom. But others will of course use it whilst youre away.

ALSO: The first two images are of my old flat, as these give a far better indication of how it'll look once I've furnished it.. All subsequent photos are of the actual flat, but taken from the advert when I was buying it. So this isn't my furniture and wont be there if you take the room!

Please excuse the unconventional advert. Im just trying to secure a tenant as early as possible.

Viewings welcome but will be restricted, to avoide disturbing the current tenants too much.
