A wonderfully located spacious bedroom with ample storage. The flat itself is very comfortable and located on the first floor of a small, clean, and well maintained block of flats. There is a lift available and the neighbors or both quiet and friendly.

Situated only a short walk from Surbiton Station and many nearby amenities. Very easily connected to central London, with trains typically only a 20-30 minute journey to Waterloo. Plenty of buses run into Kingston at all hours, usually taking 10-15 minutes as well.

Weather permitting, you can also treat yourself to walks along the Thames river and enjoy a pleasant amount of green space in the surrounding area. The surrounding area is quite trendy with nearby entertainment, cafes, pubs, and plenty of shops.

You would be living with one female tenant who is extremely friendly and easy to get along with. She has requested that only other females or LGBT tenants inquire about the space.
