LARGE BRIGHT DOUBLE ROOM in Surbiton available 1st December. Just 5 mins walk from station where there is 17 min fast train to Waterloo.

We are looking for a new housemate to move into our friendly 4 person flat. The room will be available from 1st December and we're hoping to find someone who will be a great fit for the household.

About You:
• Must be in full-time employment
• No couples or room-shares (single occupancy only)
• Someone clean, respectful, and easy to live with
• Standard referencing process applies

Move-In Requirements:
• A 1-week rent holding fee is required to reserve the room. This will be credited towards your first month’s rent once referencing is complete.
• A one-off Council Tax contribution of £150 is required at the point of signing the contract.
• You’ll be entering into a new 12-month tenancy contract, which includes a 6-month break clause.
