A bright and well-kept 2-bed flat on Brighton Road, just a 9-minute walk to Surbiton Station, offering fast and easy transport links into London Waterloo. The flat has a modern, comfortable feel with a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, and lots of natural light.

You’ll be renting a double bedroom with your own private bathroom (toilet plus bath with overhead shower).

All bills are included, covering utilities, council tax, and high-speed WiFi.
