We have a large double room available in our flat which is located above the new Gails cafe, opposite Surbiton station.

Rent: £741
Bills: Approx £120
(includes everything: wifi, gas, electric, water, council tax)

Deposit: £600 paid up front to the landlord (References required)

The bedroom comes fully furnished, but the current flatmate needs the new tenant to buy the furnishings, as she won’t be taking them with her. This includes bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers etc, for £300. The mattress is six months old, has always been used with a protector, so it is in excellent, like-new condition.

The rest of the house is furnished (living room, kitchen etc). Shared bathroom, kitchen & living room for all flatmates.

1 x Northern Irish female (35, professional)
1 x British female (24, professional)

Parking permits are available for street parking if you have a car - you can apply via Kingston council (approx £100 per year)

This is not a party house. We love to have a glass of wine together and socialise but we are a private, quiet household who appreciate and respect each others space and privacy. We also love to stay clean so the flat is always sparkling! ✨
