I have a room to offer (with en suite shower) for £900pcm, from the end of February, in a charming Edwardian mansion in Surbiton KT6, a short walk from the station, on a fast line to Woking, Wimbledon, Waterloo, etc. (but inaudible due to the woods between). Many shops, pubs, restaurants within a 10 minute walk but immediate roads are residential. There's shared use of a large garden (more of an orchard) and bike shed, as well as off street parking. The flat is, of course, LGBT-friendly, and comes with its own Blahaj. Couples welcome (there's a double bed, and rooms are not adjacent). Council tax 65pcm currently.
