The bedroom is on the top (2nd) floor of the house and so very private (our bedrooms are on the 1st floor). The wardrobe has both hanging space and shelving. There is an adjacent private en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also an adjacent bedroom which you can use as a dressing room/ living room or study if required (there is a desk and chair and further wardrobe if needed).

Communal areas with us:
kitchen/family room with island /breakfast bar, dining table and TV lounge area - beautiful, light communal space with large patio doors on to the garden.

Utility room: washing machine and tumble dryer and iron/ironing board

Garden: west facing lawn and patio area (with BBQ, dining table and sofa).

Driveway: space for your car and also bike shed if required.

Single occupancy only - Professional or mature students. No couples or night shift workers.

I would also prefer someone who is quiet and tidy and works/studies at least 3 days per week away from the home.

Other things to note:
- All bills included (including cleaning)
- Off street parking
- bed linen and towels (if required)

Surbiton is a 5 minute drive away and provides excellent transport links to central London and the City (16 mins by train direct to Waterloo).

The river Thames is also very close by and perfect for cycling and running or just walking! Maple Road has a lovely pub, wine bar, several restaurants and a lovely French boulangerie/ pâtisserie.
