Hi, I'm looking for someone to take this double room available in a newly renovated 3 bed semi-detached house. It's fully furnished room and there's some flexibility on extra storage if required. The bed has a new mattress, there's 2 bedside tables, a wardrobes, set of draws and a desk/dressing table. The large bay window means there's lots of natural light despite being downstairs and the venetian style blinds offer a flexible level of privacy.

The rest of the house has a sizeable kitchen (with a dishwasher and induction hob) and an open plan living area. There's a shared main bathroom upstairs and a downstairs loo as well as a hallway area. There's also additional space to store things like suitcases etc. in the loft so it won't clutter up your room. The garden is still a work in progress but will be done by the time the weather improves so it can be enjoyed.

It's £900 per calander month inclusive of bills (water, electricity, wifi, tv, security) but excluding council tax. Council tax band D which is approximately £100 a month. Some flexibility on contract length and the room is available now.

It's located in a nice, quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to Surbiton. Roughly 20 minute walk to Surbiton station which is in Zone 6 and has frequent and fast trains into London Waterloo and towards Woking/Guildford. The K3 bus stops very near by to get into Surbiton or Kingston very easily or towards Esher in the other direction. This is ideal for someone who works in London but doesn't want to live in the city or someone who works in the local area. A desk is in the room and there's a decent size kitchen table so you can always work from home too. There's also a great pub or chinese takeaway both a 2 minute walk away.

You'd be sharing the house with two housemates. We're both women in our early 20s and both work in science (one PhD student, one research assistant). We enjoy chill sociable evenings and typically eat dinner/watch tv etc. together and are always up for something new as well. We're ideally looking for young professional who's friendly and respectful and would very much welcome somebody who is keen to become friends with their housemates.
