New housemate search! 2 bed flat in Surbiton

Hello! My housemate is moving out of our two bedroom flat as she has bought somewhere so I’m looking to find a new housemate!

The Flat:
The flat is homely, bright and in a fantastic location right by Surbiton station (only a five minute walk to the station!) Surbiton station is a great commuter station with fast trains getting you into Waterloo in as little as 16 minutes! You can also get the train to Wimbledon which has the district line from Wimbledon station and the Northern Line only a walk/bus ride away into South Wimbledon. We also have regular buses into Kingston central or it is around a 25 min walk (lovely along the river!) We are just a few minutes walk from the high street which has various coffee shops, a medium sized Waitrose and Sainsbury's and a small M&S. Surbiton is a lovely neighbourhood with super easy access into central but sits enough on the sidelines of London that you miss the chaos of it all!

The flat is a two bedroom property with a separate living room, kitchen, main bathroom, two double bedroom and a small balcony extending from the living room.

The flat has is set on three floors, the first floor being the front door straight into stairs upwards that leads you to the lounge, bathroom and kitchen. The second set of stairs leads to both bedrooms only.

The Room:
The room is a large, bright double bedroom with a big built-in wardrobe and a built in desk. This room did not come with a bed/mattress when we moved in however my flatmate will be leaving hers which you can purchase - or you can bring your own.

Your flatmate:
Hi! I’m India and I am 30 and work full time as a nurse. I work shifts so some days I may be working three/four long days per week and some other days I might have the odd long day and the odd short shift. I am a lover of all things theatre/musical theatre and tend to go fairly often! On my days off I love exploring new coffee shops, going for brunch and going for walks along the riverside or exploring London.

Who I’m looking for:
I am looking for a female flatmate - someone friendly, tidy and considerate who enjoys a relaxed home environment. I have my own routine but enjoy catching up occasionally watching some TV together in the lounge/grabbing a drink, coffee or brunch. You would to be in full time employment and pass referencing checks - our landlord lives abroad so we go through an estate agent. I am looking for someone who is a non-smoker.

Bills are not included in the advertised rent price - these usually come to between £190-210 per person depending on the heating use in the colder months. Council Tax Band: C.
