Room relocation.

New Tenant MUST be a full time student at Kingston university, whether it be a first second or third year, it doesn't matter. also you can live here if you are a masters student.

the deposit is £250 to secure the room.

The room is en suite, good size bathroom and already furnished. (it has a bed and wardrobe, a desk and 2 sets of draws) you share the kitchen with 2 other tenants, (who are lovely by the way and very clean). It also includes internet which is very quick.
