Hi,
My name's Jack, I live here in Surbiton with my Fiancé Soban. Looking for a housemate to occupy the other upstairs bedroom over July and August. The room as pictured comes furnished with bed and mattress, desk and chair, plenty of clothes storage including a wardrobe that can't be seen in shot apologies. There is a bathroom upstairs as pictured - though it isn't ensuite persay, me and Soban have our own ensuite, alongside a downstairs bathroom so you would be the exclusive user anyhow.

Tenancy would be from the 20th of June to the 31st of August. The house is conveniently located just off the high street, less than 60s walk from a substantial sized sainsburys. 3 minute walk to Surbiton station so ideal for those with a summer placement/commuters. House comes with it's own quaint garden, living room with Sky TV, netflix, Xbox, fast Wifi, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. There is a shared office as well should you need it. 860 pcm with bills included. All rooms fitted with underfloor heating.

More about us as housemates - I am a Student Paramedic working with London Ambulance Service, I play a lot of cricket and enjoy the proximity to the Victoria Pub. Soban is a Student Nurse, volunteers teaching children first aid, and also very much enjoys the proximity to the pub. We both love cooking but have grown an extensive knowledge of the best Surbiton Takeaways.
Council tax is exempt for students.
