The kitchen is small but functional with 2 fridges, freezer, washing machine, cooker.
The flat is on St Marks Hill; the location is an excellent base for anyone working in London or in the surrounding areas with plenty of wonderful cafés, restaurants and bars nearby too. Parking is permit only but the cost is reasonable.
Waitrose supermarket is close by in Claremont Road with Sainsbury’s and many other good local shops in Victoria Road.
It’s a 1 minute walk to the mainline Surbiton station with fast links to London Waterloo (13 minutes).
River Thames is about 5 minutes’ walk and Kingston another 10 minutes from there, excellent train & bus links, even to Heathrow airport!!
Please note there is no lounge in the flat, there is a small room for air-drying clothes.
