Lodger has shared use of fully equipped kitchen with Sky television, bathroom and second living room with Sky television. There is also access to a large garden with seating area and a large drive for off street parking and no restrictions on off street parking.

Location has good public transport with K2 bus only 5 minutes walk from property and running every 10 minutes in peak times to local towns and train stations. Berrylands, Malden Manor and Tolworth train stations are about 20 minutes walk from property and all go to London Waterloo. K2 also stops outside Kingston University Penryn Road campus and close to Kingston College.
