I’m looking for a quiet, respectful, and friendly female to share my 1BHK apartment.

The tenant will have the private bedroom, and I will be staying in the living room (hall). I’m looking for someone who is clean, considerate, and easy to get along with so we can maintain a peaceful and comfortable home environment.

Rent: £750 per month (all bills included)
Deposit: £750

House Rules & Requirements:

* Female preferred
* Clean, tidy, and maintains good personal and shared-space hygiene
* Respectful and considerate of shared living
* Quiet lifestyle preferred
* No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or drugs
* No visitors or overnight guests
* As the kitchen is attached to the living room where I sleep, I kindly ask that the kitchen be used while I am awake whenever possible. If access is needed while I am resting, please let me know first so we can coordinate.
* Must respect the property’s rules and help keep the home clean and well maintained
* Must be willing to provide valid ID and any required documents for verification before moving in
