A clean and tidy double bedroom with ensuite in a detached house with free parking. Would suit an executive or consultant working away from home during the week.

The house is just 12 mins walk from surbiton station and is in a quiet residental cul-de-sac. My family and au pair also live in the house. We are hard working and very friendly professional couple.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, tv and a bedside table. The ensuite conists of shower, basin, toilet.

All utility bills (water, electricity and gas), internet, and cleaning included. An off-street parking space is also included.

In the utility room you will have access to a fridge/freezer, food storage, and basic cooking facilities. You will have your own living room space, whilst other rooms remain private. Basically we all have our own space but also the warm feeling of home.
