There am a 33 year Fine Art Student looking for someone to rent a lovely spacious double room with fitted wardrobes, in this three bedroom maisonette. You will be sharing with myself and another female Fine Art student, who will be moving in at the end of June.

The property has high ceilings, spacious kitchen with large fridge and separate freezer, washing machine, large front room, shower and bath in bathroom and large patio terrace.

The maisonette is above a hairdressers on Surbition High street.

2 Mins Walk from Surbition station, bus stops, shops, restaurants and gym.

10 Min cycle or 20 minute walk to Knights Park and Penrhyn Road Campus's.

The property is perfect for someone looking to live in a quiet, clean and friendly home.

We are also looking for maturer students of professionals looking for a great central location who study or work in central London, or surrounding areas of Surbition.

The rent does not include bills we pay £52 per month each for Sky internet, TV, landline and electric, we do not have gas, we also pay an annual payment of £30 each for water.

As student we do not pay council tax, so if you are working full time you would need to add this cost on top as well.
