I have a double bedroom to rent in what is a great, secure and spacious 2 bed flat in a peaceful area. The location is superb being close to Maple Rd, Nuffield gym and short walk or bus to Surbiton train station with fast train into London. You would have use of off-road parking.

The room available has a double bed, built-in wardrobe, you would also have use of your own bathroom. Good sized modern kitchen with breakfast table and big living room.

The bus stop is literally outside flat for bus into Surbiton (4 mins) and on to Kingston. I can walk to station in 10 mins. The Nuffield gym is a 400m walk.

I work in the city, I like to go to gym, drink wine and get away at weekends.
