Hi, We have one very good size double room to rent in a very clean flat in surbiton at a very nice location.

You will be sharing the flat with one professional friendly young couple and with one more professional male who are very friendly and are always up for a chat and dont behave like robots at all.

we do like to live like friends and family rather than be strangers all the time and don't like to be isolated. At the same time the atmosphere in the house always let you have your private space whenever you need it.

The area is one of the safest in the region and you will always feel safe regardless of the time of the day or night.

we don't mind student or professional as long as you are clean and tidy and does understand your responsibilities when living in a shared house.

Please note that this is not a party house at all.
