Double Room for Rent

We have a spacious double room to rent in a lovely modern house in Surbiton. The house is set back in a quiet spot and has all the modern facilities you’d expect, such as Dishwasher, Cable TV, Broadband, Tumble Dryer.
There are 2 bathrooms and a nice garden and also an open fire in the sitting room for cosy nights in front of the TV.
The room is quite large has been freshly decorated and comes furnished, but you can bring your own stuff if you wish to.
There is plenty of storage space and a large eat in kitchen with its own dining area too.

Transport links are excellent and Surbiton Station (fast train takes 17 minutes to Waterloo) is within about 15 minutes walk.
There are buses to Kingston (and just about everywhere else!) just 2 minutes from the house.

We are all friendly and welcoming(3 females+1 male) and we are looking for a clean, tidy and respectful young professional preferably male to share the household with.

Bills are included in the rent.
