Conveniently located, the house just mins walk from Surbiton railway station and 100m from South Terrace Bus stop where several busses stop 281; 406; 418; 662-K1; K2
Living in Surbiton ticks alot boxes, apart from the excellent fast and late train and Bus services which link effortlessly to London and with London Underground services at Wimbledon taking just 10 mins to Clapham Junction and 18 mins direct fast train service to London Waterloo direct. Perfect location to get around this great part of UK, very convienient for the late nigh outs :) the last train from London to Surbiton departs Waterloo at around 1:00am, so a late show or meet up dosn't need to end in a friendzeed rush.. getting back pretty chillax :)
The house has a nice informal family feel, a bit eclectic with the period interior decor, feels very comfortable, the rooms are large through out the house, Period stately living room (not quite Downton Abby, but has the deep red wall paper! ..high ornate ceilings and lovely central featured marble fireplaces, Im told a fashon shoot dream ..the adjoining rooms have mixed contemporary decor and Art just as much fun to relax in :)
The Kitchen is a bespoke Kitchen with a comfortable breakfast bar area which is a great place to have a quick catch up or snack at when your on the go.
All usual home kitchen appliances fitted you would expect to find.
All the rest of the house is comfortably furnished, with modern and contemporary design furniture and splashes of vintage home furnishings dotted here and there, some retro / modern art pieces thrown in here and there, all together it all feels unusually relaxed and cosy homely feel
The general vibe is, traveled, sociable and homely, occasionally there are oppertunities to have a bit of house banter, sometimes even the oppertunity for a pub outing, cafe, cinima , bike ride and bbq etc depends on the mindset and schedules.. and the levels of sunshine on offer :)) ?
I hope you are able to see how spacious the house is from from the photos attached, it offers plenty of space
as such its nice and quiet when you need to switch off or possibly work "occasionally" from home from time to time.
(The bills do go up if working from home so will need further discussion especially the winter months.. depends on your need to feel like your working in the Sahara heating costs have risen :/
I would best disceribe the atmosphere house as homely, safe, considerate, relaxed, and a sense of comoraderie, which is fab when every one is singing of the same clean and considerate "hym sheet", makes sharing the home much more comfortable and friendly (it's kinda like " Friends " the 90s TV sitcom, - but without "Joey" set in the smaller wing of Downton Abby haha ;))
Vino and the odd film and ocasional creative home cookery or fantastic local takeaway eats are sometimes enjoyed .. whatever works, some times it might be a book, newspaper and hot drinks somtimes make the rounds ,.. Me personally a big fan of MasterChef, Clarksons Farm, University Challenge, Gogglebox and of course some televised games involving a ball or two and a net .. Tennis, footie or Rugger anyone
The patio garden area is extensiveand is accessed directly from the dining room French doors, It has a Med style garden a bit Bohemian with out door bar shack feel .. just need the solee! and some gardening .. next spring now, hopefully it will be an oasis next summer, easy to forget your in the heart of Suburbia, especially with quality BBQ's,
So I have a choice of large Double rooms which are all very well furnished with 4'6 bed, the bedrooms include a combination of modern and vintage furniture, - Double wardrobe, chests of drawers, 2 x bedside cupboards, dressing mirror (side tables, desk or twin sofa bedroom and chair). I may have a simular room with en suite .. please see photos
All the oilets and bathrooms in the house are are kept tidy and clean, there's one on each floor, all are nicely appointed, I am happy to discuss options of a weekly cleaner cleaning the common areas if that works ? en suite is also available TBA
So if you are a professional / semi professional, and like how this sounds so far and think you are a responsible, considerate tidy person, capabile of living in a shared house with other simular m/f then please get in touch as this could be the " home from home" you have been looking for!

currently -All utility bills including Council Tax Band G and Wifi. Kingston Council Tax is the higher than the rest of the UK ..and the house is not average in size or costs so .. you get what you pay for .. acutally more ! .. the rental market is pretty confusing these days for tenants and Landlords a like, what they say is "location location ..location "! .. so there you have it .

Surbiton is a 5 min walk from the house. The town centre offers a wide selection of great cafes, shops, pubs, restaurants etc there are also gyms nearby, the fabulas river Thames offers a wide range of boating activities and wonderful walks runs bike ride routes along its banks and through beautiful Royal Parks and stately homes nearby
including the most famous -Hampton Court Palace
SURBITON train station provides very easy access to and from London Waterloo station, just 16 minutes by train. Bus stop is 150 m away offering the following services 281,406,418, K2 into Kingston
The train service is excellent to and from Surbiton, there is a late train service from London Waterloo leaving at 1 AM
Other transport services are also very close by and easy to get to both London City Airport 45 mins -1hr by train directly into the terminal Both Major London Airports are 35 -45 min drive time away

The fantastic Market town of ( Kingston upon Thames) is just 1 mile away . The is a bus stop to Kingston is just at the end of the Terrace, Kingston and is just a short 10 mins bus journey and 20 mins walk away.
The historic market town is situated along the river Thames providing a truly beautiful setting to relax and enjoy the amazing array of riverside Cafes, Pubs Restaurants, Shops, Boutiques, Nightclubs, Gym's and for the healthier, moments, Parks, great for running, training and exercising, ..really everything that anyone could need! There are also many in outdoor outdoor sporting clubs in the area tennis, squash. sailing, rowing, cycling, riding and all the ball sports .
The house is really in a fabulous area of Surrey, .. truly and great location!
Hampton Court Palace is an amazing 16th century Palace and the home of the infamous King of England .. Henry VIII which is only a 5 miles from the house, great parks for walking jogging and biking horse riding etc
