I have a large nicely decorated and well furnished Double Bedroom coming available from 29th June ..in Surbiton, KT6

Conveniently located the accomadation is just 4 mins walk from Surbiton station, ideal for commuting into London or back late, or even out towards Weybridge, Guildford, Gatwick and the lovely local countryside or further to Brighton and beyond ...

Living in Surbiton ticks alot boxes, apart from the excellent fast and late train services which connect easy to London and the London Underground- " District Line" service 10 mins ride to Wimbledon and 15 mins to Clapham Junction, and a 18 mins to London Waterloo direct means you can easyly get involved with all that is going around this great part of UK , even stay out late :) as the last train from London to Surbiton departs Waterloo at around 1:00am, so a late show or meet up dosn't need to end in a friendzee .. getting back to Surbiton is pretty chillax

The house has a nice informal professional feel, a bit eclectic with the interior decor, feels comfortable, livable and comprises of large rooms through out the house , double living room -(not quite Downton Abby's size but has the red wall paper! ..high ornate ceilings and lovely central featured marble fireplaces a fashon shoot dream :) ..the adjoining rooms have mixed modern contemporary decor and Art .

The dining room inter connects to the bespoke wooden hand built Kitchen with a comfortable breakfast bar area which is great to catch up or snack at when your on the go.
The Kitchen fitted with all usual home kitchen appliances you would expect to find.

All the rooms in the house are comfortably furnished, with modern and contemporary design furniture and splashes of vintage home furnishings dotted here and there, with the retro / modern art pieces thrown in, all together it all feels unusually relaxed and cosy homely feel and uncluttered ?.

The general vibe is professional, sociable, homely and tidy and considerably relaxed, occasionally there are oppertunities to have a bit of house banter and fun when anyone's hanging at home, sometimes the oppertunity for a outing pub cafe or cinima bike ride bbq etc depends on the mindset and schedules
Hopefully you can can see the house is spacious from the photosa attached, offering plenty of different areas to enjoy, without "breathing on of each other as the rooms are all large bright and airey :)..
The house can be equally quiet when you need to switch off or possibly work "occasionally" from home from time to time.
(The bills do go up if working from home so may need some further dicussion -negotiation especially in the winter months.. just depends on your need to feel like your working in the Sahara :/

The atmosphere as I mentioned in the house is homely, safe, considerate, relaxed, usually great comoraderie, which is fab when every one is singing of the same clean and considerate "hym sheet", makes sharing with others that much more comfortable and friendly (it's kinda like " Friends " the 90s TV sitcom, - but without "Joey" only set in a wing of Downton Abby house haha ;))

As mentiond, occasionally glasses of vino and the odd film are enjoyed, with ocasional creative home cookery or fantastic local takeaway eats :) whatever works, some times it might be quiet book, newspaper and hot drinks somtimes make the rounds too,.. Me personally a big fan of MasterChef, Baby Raindeer? Clarksons Farm, University Challenge, Gogglebox and of course some televised games involving a ball or two and a net .. Tennis soon anyone ! or some quality footie

The kitchen is fitted Double Oven, all the stuff its easy to spread about without feeling like sardines .. in the tin.

A lovely Garden-patio area out the back, accessed directly from the dining room French doors, into a Med style garden a bit Bohemian bar and out door shack feel .. just need the solee!
Its looking like a jungle with road works going through it as Im re landscaping in places, the continious rain ..ooh la la ! its slower than cross rail!
Will hopefully be an oasis lateer in the summer, unusual to find , you forget your in the heart of Suburbia, especially with quality BBQ's,

So I have a choice of large Double rooms to offer which are very well is furnished with King size bed 5.0 or standard 4'6 bed, the bedrooms includ a combination of modern and vintage furniture, - Double wardrobe, chests of drawers, 2 x bedside cupboards, dressing mirror (side tables, desk or twin sofa bedroom and chair). Or a simular room with en suite .. see photos

All the Toilets and bathrooms in the house are are kept tidy and clean, there's one on each floor, all are nicely appointed, I am happy to discuss options of a weekly cleaner cleaning the common areas if that works ? en suite is also available TBA

So if you are a professional / semi professional, and like how this sounds so far and think you are a responsible, considerate tidy person, and capabile of living in a shared house with other simular m/f which has all the mod cons you would expect, then please get in touch as this could be the " home from home" you have been looking for!

* So included in the monthly rent are
currently -All utility bills including Council Tax and Wifi. Kingston Council Tax is the higher than the rest of the UK ..and the house is not average in size or costs so .. you get what you pay for .. acutally more ! .. the rental market is pretty confusing these days for tenants and Landlords a like, what they say is "location location ..location "! .. so there you have it .

Surbiton is a 5 min walk from the house. The town centre offers a wide selection of great cafes, shops, pubs, restaurants etc there are also gyms nearby, the fabulas river Thames offers a wide range of boating activities and wonderful walks runs bike ride routes along its banks and through beautiful Royal Parks and stately homes nearby
including the most famous -Hampton Court Palace

SURBITON train station provides very easy access to and from London Waterloo station, just 16 minutes by train. Bus stop is 150 m away offering the following services 281,406,418, K2 into Kingston

The train service is excellent to and from Surbiton, there is a late train service from London Waterloo leaving at 1 AM

Other transport services are also very close by and easy to get to both London City Airport 45 mins -1hr by train directly into the terminal Both Major London Airports are 35 -45 min drive time away

Additionally
The fantastic Market town of ( Kingston upon Thames) is just 1 mile away . The is a bus stop to Kingston is just at the end of the Terrace, Kingston and is just a short 10 mins bus journey and 20 mins walk away.

The historic market town is situated along the river Thames providing a truly beautiful setting to relax and enjoy the amazing array of riverside Cafes, Pubs Restaurants, Shops, Boutiques, Nightclubs, Gym's and for the healthier, moments, Parks, great for running, training and exercising, ..really everything that anyone could need! There are also many in outdoor outdoor sporting clubs in the area tennis, squash. sailing, rowing, cycling, riding and all the ball sports .
The house is really in a fabulous area of Surrey, .. truly and great location!

Hampton Court Palace is an amazing 16th century Palace and the home of the infamous King of England .. Henry VIII which is only a 5 miles from the house, great parks for walking jogging and biking horse riding etc
