Shared spaces include the use of newly fitted and extended kitchen, bathroom with bath/shower, garden, facilities include washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, virgin tv/unlimited broadband access.

The house is on a lovely tree-lined avenue with free off-street parking conveniently close to the A3 and a ten minute drive to the M25. Tolworth rail station is a short walk away as is Tolworth High Street with numerous shops, including a chemist, large M&S and 24-hour supermarket. Surbiton Station/Kingston are both a short bus ride away with bus stops to Epsom at the bottom of the road.

We're looking for a tidy, non-smoking, responsible person. No couples thanks. There is no minimum age limit so feel free to make contact if its of interest.
