Hello there! We are looking for two new housemates to join a house share in a fantastic location in Surbiton.

The house itself is a three story townhouse located on a quiet cul-de-sac close to Ewell Road, Surbiton.

We have a good sized kitchen, spacious lounge and dining area, laundry room, a garage, a rear garden area and a front drive way for parking.

The bedroom is unfurnished and fits a double bed. It has a shared bathroom which would only be shared with one other housemate.

In terms of transport links, we are slap bang in between Surbiton and Berrylands stations with each a fifteen minute walk away in either direction. For those not on track with the trains, both stations will get you into Central London, with fast trains leaving from Surbiton station every 20 minutes or so. For anyone blessed with not having to navigate the South West Trains network on a daily basis, nearby buses will transport you to Kingston, Tolworth, Epsom and Sutton.

The price of the room is £620 per month which includes all bills, broadband, Sky etc.
Please note this amount may change if bills are to rise as predicted.

Rent is paid on the 27th of each month but we have a house bank account which makes everything nice and easy.
The deposit for the room is £650.

If you needed another sweetener, we also have a cleaner that comes in and manages to make the place look unlived in once every fortnight that is also included in the price.

Our house share is ideal for working professionals looking for a comfortable home rather than just a place to stay. We are predominantly a middle-aged group and while we still like to think we are young at heart this environment would not suit you if you thrive on a 24-hour party scene!
We enjoy a sociable atmosphere while also valuing each other’s personal space, which our property’s size accommodates for beautifully.

In the past, we've aimed for a balanced mix of men and women of similar ages. However, our primary focus has always been to live with people who share similar values and outlooks, creating a comfortable and welcoming home environment.
While we strive for a 50/50 gender ratio, the house currently has three males of middle age living here which might influence your decision regarding age and gender. We're open to welcoming anyone, regardless of age or gender, but we value transparency to ensure that we’re all aligned and don’t waste each other's time.

Price includes all bills.
