New Tenant MUST be a full time student at Kingston university, whether it be a first second or third year, it doesn't matter. also you can live here if you are a masters student.

the deposit is 300 pounds to secure the room, and the first rent you pay is 3-4 months worth of rent (which is approximately 1500-2000 pounds) which is to be paid mid January.

The room is en suite, good size bathroom and already furnished. (it has a bed and wardrobe, a desk and 2 sets of draws) you share the kitchen with 3 other tenants, (who are lovely by the way and very clean). It also includes internet which is very quick.
