The single room is fully furnished and has a lovely view of the gardens.
The rents are all inclusive of bills, free Wifi, sheets and towels provided too ( if required)

We are on the K2 bus route into Kingston and beyond, and a 10 min walk to Surbiton mainline station or less to Berrylands, fast train to Waterloo 17 mins! Looking forward to hearing from you!
