A large unfurnished double room with a spacious 4 door built-in wardrobe available in a 2 bed maisonette. (There is currently a double bed with a new mattress in the room but can be dismantled and removed if need be)
Lovely spacious lounge which connects directly out into a private back garden. There is a fair sized kitchen with two under counter fridges (so we have one each), washing machine and dishwasher (no tumble dryer unfortunately). Bathroom is shared with other professional living at the property.
No off street parking, but a parking permit for residence is available via the council. There is space in the shed in the back garden to store a bicycle.
Location:
8-10 min walk to Teddington high street, with lots of pubs, cafe's, lovely restaurants and a few takeaways. For groceries:- M&S food hall, Sainsbury local a Tesco Metro all within 15 min walk. Teddington Station is 10- 12 min walk away and a very convenient bus stop for the R68 (to Twickenham) is 3 min walk away.
Grove Gardens park is 1 min away, and is small and quiet, and is a perfect place to read or have a small picnic. The area is a conservation area, so beautifully green and quiet.
Walking and running trails along the Thames are easily accessible by the Teddington Lock Footbridge. Bushy park and Richmond park are also a short drive (or cycle) away. Its a lovely friendly place to stay, lovely neighbours and neighbourhood.
Rent and bills:
Rent is £750 pcm. Bills are paid separately and are about £60- £70 pcm each (internet, water, gas & electricity), additional council tax is about £95.00. Bills and Council tax is split 50:50. There is also a kitty for cleaning supplies and toilet paper of +/-£12 pcm.
1 month rent deposit of £670 needed.
Unfortunately no couples.
A possibility of the current tenant moving out earlier.
