A large unfurnished double room with a spacious 4 door built-in wardrobe available in a 2 bed maisonette. (There is currently a double bed in the room but can be dismantled and removed if need be)

A lovely spacious bright lounge connects directly out into a private back garden. There is a fair sized kitchen with two under counter fridges (so we have one each), washing machine and dishwasher (no tumble dryer unfortunately). Bathroom is shared with other professional living at the property.

No off street parking, but never had a parking problem. There is space in the shed in the back garden to store a bicycle.

Location:
8 min walk to Teddington high street, with lots of pubs, cafe's, lovely restaurants and a few takeaways. For groceries:- M&S food hall, Sainsbury's local and a Tesco Metro all within 15 min walk. Teddington Station is 8min - 12 min walk away and a very convenient bus stop for the R68 (to Richmond) is 3 min walk away.

Grove Gardens park is 1 min away, which is small and quiet, and is a perfect place to read or have a small picnic. The area is a conservation area, so beautifully green and quiet.

Walking and running trails along the Thames are easily accessible by the Teddington Lock Footbridge. Bushy park and Richmond park are also a short drive (or cycle) away. Its a lovely friendly place to stay, lovely neighbours and neighborhood.

Rent and bills:
Rent is £750.00 pcm. Bills separately and are about £75.00 - £85.00 pcm each (water, gas, electricity and unlimited internet). Current council tax is £103.50 each a month. There is also a kitty for cleaning supplies and toilet paper of £10 pcm. So rent, all bills and council tax come to about £950.00 pcm.

Move in date is 28th of June 2026, but a possibility of earlier move in date.

1 month rent deposit of £750 needed.
