Bedroom with En-suite, off the High Street

Hi,
I am looking to rent out my spare room that I have. I have a family house that I live in with my family and my pets (2 friendly Labradors and 2 shy cats).
The room is at the top of the house and it is a large, bright, neutrally decorated, furnished double with an en-suite. It has double doors which face the street making it very light and airy.
I’m looking for an adult, who is fine with children and animals. They will be able to share the kitchen/dining facilities within the house.
The house is located centrally (just off of the High Street), with fantastic amenities right on the doorstep as well as the train station.
