Double Bedroom in TW11 

We are looking for a tenant for our spare room. We live in a split level two bedroom flat on the top floor of a converted townhouse. The flat is outside a bus stop from which the 281, 33, 285 and 481 run regularly to Twickenham, Richmond, Kingston, and is a 9 minute walk from Teddington train station from which trains run every 15 minutes to London Waterloo (35 minute journey).

The bedroom available is a double room with a view from the back of the house. It is available furnished or unfurnished based on your preferences- it currently contains a double bed, small desk, shelving unit, freestanding rail and chest of drawers. There is a small toilet and sink up the corridor which would be your private loo, with the shower and bathroom upstairs.

Tom (my partner) and I work Monday- Fri 8-6ish and Tom works from home twice a week. We are often out and about in the evenings and away for weekends and would be looking for someone who keeps a similar schedule. We’re a pet-free and smoke- free home and like to keep our home tidy and cosy- we’d like it to be a home for you too!

Flexible on move in time. Price is £800 per month including bills and we’d ask for a month’s rent as a deposit.
