Stunning attic en suite in Teddington

I recently finished a year-long refurbishment of the whole house. The attic bedroom has a new king size bed and new mattress and an en-suite shower room, newly tiled and with new sink/shower etc. The house has air conditioning throughout. Wireless internet and all bills and council tax are included.

There's plenty of parking space on the driveway, and also a lovely redone garden outside, with patio, dining area, lawn etc.

You would be sharing with me (a solo mum by choice) and my child (age 5).

The house is just off Teddington High Street, which is full of independent shops and cafes, lovely restaurants and pubs, plenty of supermarkets, a public swimming pool. We are a short walk from Teddington station, Bushy Park and the River Thames. The hubs of Richmond and Kingston are a short bus or train ride away. London Waterloo is about 35 mins on the train.

I’m looking for a professional lodger who works away from the house during the day, I'm afraid there is no flexibility on working from home.
