Large double room to let in Teddington

I have a large double room (with a single bed) to let in my house on the borders of Teddington and Hampton Wick. The station (Hampton Wick) is 10 to 15 minutes walk away, and buses to Kingston, Twickenham and Heathrow stop at the end of the road where there is also a parade of shops including a Co-op supermarket. The room is at the back of the house and overlooks the garden, which you will have use of, and there is a shed if you want to store a bike. There is also free parking on the street. The bathroom is shared along with a large dining room and kitchen which opens to the garden. I am a friendly and amiable landlord and work as a classical pianist and singer. I practice during the daytime, and teach students, so am looking for a lodger who does not work from home. All bills and council tax are included in the rent.
